Privacy by design

No name. No address. Just a code.

The label on your parcel is only a QR code. The driver sees a pickup zone and a code — never who you are, never where you live. Delivery unlocks with a one-time SMS PIN, and an insurance certificate (declared value up to €1,000) sits on the tracking page.

Meeting points, not your door

Small parcels are handed over at a public spot — a fuel-station parking. Home addresses are never stored. Heavier items and cars use a real address, revealed only after matching.

What does RushVan cost?

During launch, a flat €1 RushVan fee on any parcel under €50 — the driver keeps 100% of the transport price. Our percentage commission (15–18%) only applies to jobs of €50 and up, like car transport and larger freight. The price you see is all-in; there’s no bidding.

Which routes run now?

Launch corridors are Bacău ↔ Torino and Bacău ↔ Roma — the busy Romania–Italy diaspora route. More corridors open as more drivers declare them, so the fastest way to add yours is to join the list.

How fast will it get there?

You choose an urgency tier when you post. Guaranteed Next Departure puts it on the very next van out, with a dedicated fallback if nothing matches. This Week — the default — is matched to a van naturally passing in about 5–7 days. Flexible waits for a perfect match and costs the least.

Is it safe?

Every handover is a QR scan, with a photo taken at pickup. Each shipment carries an insurance certificate up to a declared value of €1,000, shown on the tracking page, and delivery only completes when your receiver enters a one-time SMS PIN.

Do I meet the driver at my home?

For small parcels, no — you hand over at a public meeting point, like a fuel-station parking, and home addresses are never stored. Heavier items and cars use a real pickup address, revealed to the driver only after matching.

Can I choose the driver?

No — and that’s the point. You post the parcel; matching is automatic, pushed to drivers already on your corridor. Nobody browses for a specific van. It keeps the chain anonymous and keeps everyone inside RushVan’s protection.

I want to drive — what do I earn, and do I need a company?

At launch you keep 100% of the transport price; you’re paid T+72h, or instantly with Quick-Pay at 1.5%. Private individuals are welcome, not just firms — if you start driving regularly, we help you register a PFA and connect you with a partner accountant (discounted, and free perks on the VIP ladder).

What languages does it work in?

Romanian and English now, with the Italian interface arriving for the launch in Italy.
